Plans and pricing

See pricing →
How much does hosting cost?
There are three plans (Inicia, Crece and Escala) with a monthly price depending on the term: 1, 12 or 24 months. Prices are on the pricing page, in US dollars before tax, with the tax amount (18%) and the total next to them. Paid upfront.
Does the price go up at renewal?
No. The renewal price equals the sign-up price. There's no “promotional” price that changes later.
Is there a lock-in?
No. You can buy a single month. If you cancel, the service runs until the end of the paid period and nothing more is charged.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
We don't have a defined money-back guarantee. What there is: the option to start with one month to try, with no lock-in.
How do I pay?
With PayPal, from the panel. The site is created automatically once payment is confirmed. Each payment has its receipt from Monstruo Creativo S.A.C., which you download from the panel.
Can I change plans?
Yes, upwards, from the panel and with pro-rating: the unused part of your current plan is credited and you pay the difference.
What's the difference between hosting, semi-dedicated, managed VPS and dedicated?
Hosting: shared server with isolated resources per account, created automatically. Semi-dedicated: guaranteed resources and few neighbours. Managed VPS: a whole machine for you, maintained by us with the same panel. Dedicated: whole hardware with root that you manage. The last three are prepared on request.
Does WordPress come installed?
Yes, when each site is created, with SSL and LiteSpeed cache on. From the panel you enter the dashboard without a password.
Can I install any plugin or theme?
Yes. It's a normal WordPress, yours.
How does it update?
From the panel, whenever you want: WordPress, plugins and themes. What's touched is backed up first and, if the site stops responding, it rolls back on its own.
What do I do if my site breaks?
Under WordPress › Tools in the panel you can deactivate all plugins to diagnose, repair the database, reset permissions and change the admin password. And you can always restore a backup.
Is there a test environment?
Yes, the staging copy: a duplicate of the site with its database, on its own URL. Publish when you're happy or delete it.
Does it work for WooCommerce?
Yes. For stores we recommend Crece or Escala for the CPU, memory and NVMe disk.
Is migration free?
Yes, whether you do it from the panel with the migrator or we do it.
Does my site go down during migration?
No. The migrator plugin only reads on your current WordPress; your site stays on its host until you switch DNS.
What do I need from the old host?
Only access to your WordPress dashboard to install the plugin. No FTP or database credentials needed.
What if my site isn't WordPress?
Message us and we'll see how to bring it. The migrator is for WordPress.

Domains and SSL

See domains →
Can I register my domain with you?
Yes, from the panel, in your name. Extensions and their registration, renewal and transfer prices are on the domains page, with and without tax.
Can I use a domain I already have?
Yes. Point it to the site from your registrar or transfer it to Zygore with its EPP code. The panel tells you the records it needs.
Is SSL included?
Yes, per domain, issued and renewed automatically. Force HTTPS with a switch or use your own certificate.
Can I edit DNS?
Yes, from the panel, with templates for Google Workspace or Vercel, or record by record.
Does hosting include email?
Not on the website's server, on purpose: that way your site doesn't depend on email or vice versa. Email with your domain is Micorreo360, per mailbox per month, from the same panel.
How much is a mailbox?
The per-mailbox price is on the pricing page and the email page, with and without tax. You pay only for the mailboxes you create.
Can my WordPress send emails (forms, orders)?
Yes, like any WordPress. Transactional email is sent by your site; mailboxes are a separate thing.

Backups and security

See security →
Do you take backups?
Yes: one a day of each site's files and database, encrypted with restic, off the server, with fifteen days of retention.
How do I restore?
From the panel, yourself: the whole site or just folders or files, by browsing the backup. The current state is saved before restoring.
What protects my site?
Isolation between accounts (CloudLinux with CageFS), a server firewall with only three open ports, SSL, Cloudflare with firewall and anti-bot if you turn on the proxy, malware scanning, WordPress login protection and included monitoring (Zygore Pulse), which you see in your panel.
What's this “isolated resources” thing?
CloudLinux assigns each account a cap on CPU, memory and processes that no other account can invade. If another site on the server spikes, yours doesn't notice.

Support and account

Contact →
How do I contact support?
On WhatsApp (+51 984 619 652) or email (team@zygore.com), Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00, Lima time. A member of the technical team answers.
Is there 24/7 support or live chat?
No. Hours are Monday to Friday, 9 to 18 (Lima). Outside those hours the panel keeps working: backups, restores, WordPress tools, you can do it all yourself.
Can I give someone else access?
Yes. Invite your team with two profiles (sites, or sites and billing) or a client so they see only their sites.
How do I cancel?
From the panel, under Account › Services › Cancel renewal. The service runs until the end of what you paid. To delete a site: Sites › Delete; it spends a few days in the bin and you can cancel the deletion.
Where are the servers?
In data centers in Europe and the United States. We don't promise an uptime percentage: with the included monitoring (Zygore Pulse) you see in your panel how each site responds.

Your site, on a server that looks after itself

No lock-in and the same price at renewal. If you already have a site, we bring it over for free.
