Service policies

These policies supplement the Terms and Conditions and detail Zygore's acceptable use, availability, refunds, cancellations and support scope.

Effective date: September 2, 2026

1. Acceptable Use Policy

To protect all customers and the stability of the platform, the following are not allowed:

  • Sending spam or unsolicited bulk email.
  • Hosting or distributing malware, phishing or unlawful content.
  • Infringing intellectual property or third-party rights.
  • Carrying out attacks, unauthorized scans or abusively consuming resources on shared plans.

Non-compliance may result in suspension or cancellation of the service depending on its severity.

2. Availability and service levels

Our goal is to maintain high platform availability. Specific availability commitments (SLA), where they apply to a plan, are stated in that plan's contractual documentation.

Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance when possible; emergency maintenance may be carried out without prior notice to protect the security of the service.

3. Refunds

When a plan includes a money-back guarantee, the applicable period and conditions are stated on the product page.

Registered domains, third-party licenses and services already consumed are generally non-refundable.

4. Cancellations

You can cancel renewal from the client area or by contacting support before the renewal date. Cancellation stops future charges; the service remains active until the end of the paid period.

5. Support scope

Zygore support covers the infrastructure, the panel and the managed services we offer.

  • Included: platform incidents, hosting configuration, SSL certificates and migration assistance.
  • May fall outside standard scope: custom development, debugging third-party code and administering client-specific applications.

6. Backups

We provide backups according to the plan purchased. We recommend keeping additional backups of your own, as the customer is ultimately responsible for their data.
